Cara Melakukan Verifikasi di Marketiva.

Sebelum bisa menggunakan semua fasilitas di Marketiva, anda diwajibkan melakukan verifikasi terlebih dahulu dengan mengirimkan Kartu Identitas dan Dokumen pendukung lainnya.

Login dulu menggunakan username dan password anda, lalu untuk mudahnya anda bisa langsung klik link di atas, bisa juga sih melalui proses berikut: Setelah melakukan Login, klik pada Account Center, klik Services, baru kemudian klik Identify Yourself.

Maka akan muncul isian berikut ini:

	Upload Identification Images: Please scan your picture identification (a passport or driver's license) and address confirmation (phone bill or a utility bill) documents and upload them in JPEG format. Single image file size must not exceed 100 kilobytes.

Klik pada tombol Browse untuk memasukkan file identitas anda, sebelumnya anda harus mempersiapkan file gambar hasil scanning Kartu Identitas anda yang ada foto wajah anda, bisa menggunakan Passport, SIM atau KTP untuk dimasukkan pada isian Picture Identification Image. Juga siapkan hasil scanning Dokumen Pendukung yang mencantumkan alamat tempat tinggal sesuai Kartu Identitas anda bisa berupa Tagihan Telepon, Tagihan PLN, Tagihan GSM/CDMA, atau apapun yang mencantumkan alamat anda.

Semua file tersebut masing-masing harus tidak lebih dari 100 Kilobyte, diminta file gambar dalam bentuk JPG yang berwarna atau grayscale, tidak boleh yang monochrome.

Kemudian klik tombol Upload untuk mengirim file-file tersebut ke pihak Marketiva, jika terjadi kegagalan kirim padahal masing-masing file sudah tidak lebih dari 100 Kb maka berarti kondisi Server di Marketiva sedang sibuk, coba lagi pada jam-jam yang diperkirakan tidak sibuk, juga jangan mengirim file pada hari libur Sabtu dan Minggu karena biasanya sering gagal terkirim.

Jika file-file anda sukses terkirim maka akan muncul halaman berikut.
